Among the Personal Data collected by Tessabit, independently or through third parties, there are: name; surname; gender; date of birth; e-mail; password; country; Cookies; Usage date; various types of Data; geographical location.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Tessabit.
Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by Tessabit are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for Tessabit to provide the Service. PERIOD FOR DATA RETENTION - CRITERIA USED
According to the provisions set forth in art. 5 par. 1 lett. e) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, collected personal data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the personal data were collected and subsequently processed.
Data retention periods depend on the purposes of the processing:
- purposes related to technical navigation data for the correct functioning of the website: retention only for the related session, after which the data are deleted;
- purpose of reply to info request/services supply request (up to 12 months for contact requests; 10 years for administrative / accounting / financial documentation relating to the provision of a service);

FACEBOOK PERMISSIONS REQUIRED BY TESSABIT
Tessabit may ask for some Facebook permissions which allow it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to collect information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows Tessabit to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

By registering with the mailing list or the newsletter, the User's email address is automatically added to a list of contacts to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information, relating to Tessabit may be sent. PAYMENT MANAGEMENT
Payment management services allow Tessabit to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other instruments. The data used for payment are acquired directly by the operator of the requested payment service without being processed in any way by Tessabit.
Some of these services may also allow the scheduled sending of messages to the User, such as emails containing invoices or payment notifications.

LOCATION-BASED INTERACTIONS
Non-continuous geolocation (Tessabit)
Tessabit may collect, use and share Data relating to the User's geographical location, in order to provide location-based services.
Most browsers and devices provide tools to deny geographic tracking by default. If the User has expressly authorized this possibility, Tessabit can receive information on its actual geographical position.
The geographical location of the User takes place in a non-continuous manner, upon specific request by the User or when the User does not indicate the place where he is located in the appropriate field and allows the application to automatically detect the position.

REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION
By registering or authenticating, the User allows the Application to identify him and give him access to dedicated services.
Depending on what is indicated below, the registration and authentication services could be provided with the help of third parties. If this happens, this application will be able to access some data stored by the third party service used for registration or identification.

The User registers by completing the registration form and providing their Personal Data directly to Tessabit.

REMARKETING AND BEHAVIORAL TARGETING
This type of service allows Tessabit and its partners to communicate, optimize and serve advertisements based on past use of Tessabit by the User.
This activity is facilitated by the tracking of Usage Data and by the use of Tracking Tools to collect information which is then transferred to the partners who manage the remarketing and behavioral targeting activities.
Some services offer a remarketing option based on email address lists.

The Personal Data collected is used for the provision of services to the User or for the sale of products, including payment and possible delivery. USER DATA ANALYSIS AND FORECASTS (“PROFILING”)

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Personal data is not transferred to non-EU third countries, in compliance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR 679/2016.
Personal data is not transferred to non-EU third countries, except for any cases described above where the controller provide appropriate safeguards, in compliance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR 679/2016, in particular

Tessabit accept Personal Curriculum Vitae of possible candidates also via e-mail in PDF format. Providing spontaneous and voluntary of the Curriculum Vitae data will be considered as implicitly informed consent by the data subjects for personal data processing contained, only following the purposes related to the selection of potential candidates.
The data processed for the purpose of selection of candidates are personal useful to search for the particular profile. In general, the nature of the data is normal, except in some cases where you may indicate any sensitive data necessary to identify the specific requirements of the regulations, such as specifying a particular protected class, the suitability for certain jobs and / or start-ups required, within the limits set by the General Provision of June 5, 2019 which modified the General Authorisation of the Garante (Italian Data Protection Supervisor Authority) no. 1 of December 15, 2016 on the processing of sensitive data in work relationships;
The provision of data relating to the selection of candidates is required. Any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to perform an orderly selection and the possible recruitment. The data in question will not be disclosed to anyone.
General Rules for providing the CV
Any CV received spontaneously, replying to a job advertisement, will be stored directly by person in charge of the processing in accordance with the safety guidelines of personal data adopted in compliance with the security measures according to Chapter IV Section 2 of GDPR 679/2016. These will be printed only on the occasion of a meeting and a conversation with the data subject.
- After the interview, if the candidate is not selected, the CV will be deleted and / or destroyed.
- In all other cases, CVs will be stored for 2 years and after will be deleted and / or destroyed.
- The Curriculum Vitae considered interesting will be subject to protection and in any case eliminated within two years of collection.

BEAT S.R.L. has adopted an internal communication channel that can be reached through a specific link on this website, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 concerning "the protection of people who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of people who report breaches of national regulatory provisions", implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937. The data will be processed through the platform made available by the Data Processor supplier ML INFORMATICA S.R.L WBPortal, and will be managed in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures in compliance with the provisions of the art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
