You can pay for your order with credit cards or prepaid cards from major international circuits, or with PayPal.
The amount will be charged to your account at the time of purchase. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices shown on the site.

The commercial invoice must be expressly requested by contacting Customer Service before placing the order online, or alternatively, before the confirmation of the shipment of the same. It will not be possible for us to issue it later.

TIMING AND METHOD OF REFUND

Items you choose to return will be refunded to you, except for shipping charges. It is not currently possible to request exchanges.
As soon as we receive your return, we will check the integrity of the items. We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation of acceptance via email.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after acceptance, either directly to the credit/prepaid card or to the PayPal account you used for the purchase and in the same currency.

You should see the credit to your account within the next 7 days, please note however that these times may vary depending on banking procedures.
If you do not see the refund on your account after 14 days after the return is delivered, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Tessabit constantly verifies the accuracy of the prices listed on the site. However, in the event that an error is found in the pricing of a product, Tessabit will block the order and offer the User the opportunity to purchase another product at the price already paid by the User or the same product at the correct price.
