All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from our luxury Boutiques in Como, Italy. You can choose between the following shipping methods at checkout:
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are neither shipped nor delivered on non-working days).
We will send you the Tracking Number for your order.
The courier usually delivers between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm. If you need to contact the courier, you can find the number here: DHL international website.

For a limited time we offer free threshold shipping. The promo is vaild for all the orders over a certain amount, according to the country.

Our online store ships Worldwide with few exceptions. We currently do not ship to Brasil and Russia.
TESSABIT.COM dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP) Worldwide with few exceptions. All the import charges, customs duties and local taxes will be calculated and included in the checkout page. Goods will arrive directly to their destination address, with no extra charges except for the amount paid at the time of the order.
For the other countries “delivery duty unpaid” (DDU) potential sales taxes or customs duties are excluded and they will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

Remember to select the Country you want to ship to before you start your shopping, as the products you save in your Shopping Bag and Wish List will no longer be available if you change Country. Also our catalogue and services will be updated accordingly.
You can choose a personal or work address. Orders shipped to Italy may also be collected in Boutique thanks to our Click-and-Collect service.
The courier cannot ship to some areas or addresses, such as PO Boxes - we will inform you of any limitations before you place your order.
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order has been shipped from Como, with a Tracking Number to follow the shipment. You can check the progress of the parcel at any time from your account or directly from the courier's website: DHL.
The Tracking Number usually takes 24 hours from shipping to become active - please check back the following day if you don't see any immediate updates. Our Customer Care is on hand for any questions or assistance you may require.
The return is free of charge for the customer.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item to the boutique.
All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags. Please ensure that you return all items with the original branded box inside a protective box or packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
Requesting a return is easy and quick: fill in the "Return Form" by entering your Order Number (you can find it in the order confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order). Complete the form to receive detailed instructions on shipping your return parcel free of charge.
Before requesting the return, kindly verify the products are exactly as you received them, with all labels and security tags attached, including any accessories or special packaging.You will be fully refunded for the products you choose to return. Find more details in the “Payments and refunds” section. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
Before you complete this form, please read the following conditions carefully:
Products must be intact, with all labels and/or tags attached, and include any accessories and/or special packaging. We cannot accept incomplete, used or damaged items.
Returns must be be received from the Boutique within 14 days from delivery of your order to you.
You have a further 7 days from filling in this form, to hand the return parcel to the courier.
The return must be shipped from the same Country where you received it.
The products must have been purchased online and not in a TESSABIT boutique.
The products must not have been modified in any way after purchase (including tailoring services requested in one of our boutiques)
As we will be unable to accept any return that does not comply with these policies, if you have any doubts or questions whatsoever please contact us. before filling in the form.
After filling in the Return Form, follow these simple steps to ship your return back to us free of charge:
Carefully pack the items in a suitable box.
Attach the pre-paid return label you received with your return confirmation email to the outside of the box.
Contact the courier through the Courier's website to organise free pick-up within 7 days after receiving the shipping label.
The return is free of charge but If for any reason you choose to ship the parcel with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense and we can no longer be responsible for any loss or damage to the items.
