 Notice pursuant to Art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree196 of 30/6/2003 ‘Protection of the individual and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data’.

The data may be disclosed, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to the individual companies of the Bolton Group, to subsidiary and associated companies and to consulting companies specialising in market research, without prejudice to the adopting on the part of said companies of equivalent security and privacy criteria. 

The party concerned is granted the rights provided for by Art. 7 of the Law. In particular, the party concerned may request from the data controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, as well as access to said data in intelligible form. The party concerned may also request details regarding the origin of the data and the logic and purposes on the basis of which said data are processed; the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or suspension of data processed in violation of the law, and the updating, correction or, if desired, integration of the data, and may oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the same.
